The reconstruction of an episode extracted from the book 
The Sunflower by Simon Wiensenthal. It deals with the case 
of the dying Nazi soldier who asks a Jew (coincidentally 
Simon Wiesenthal) near him to ask his forgiveness 
for the atrocities he committed.

The film focuses on a particular condition of forgiveness, 
which poses a question: is it always possible to forgive?

La ricostruzione di un episodio estratto dal libro Il Girasole di 
Simon Wiensenthal. Si tratta del caso del soldato nazista morente 
che richiede vicino a  sé un ebreo (casualmente Simon Wiesenthal)
 cui vuole domandare perdono per le atrocità commesse.

Il  film si focalizza su una particolare condizione del perdonare,
che ci pone una domanda: è sempre possibile perdonare?
